During our last meeting there were questions about population and registered voters in Kingston. Here is some information on that topic.
The 2006 Kingston Town Report puts Kingston's population at 11,880. They also list the 2000 US Census figure at 11,780.
The State has figures on voters in Kingston as of 10/18/2006.
8,204 registered voters in 4 precincts
2,120 are registered as Democrat (25.84%)
1,485 are registered as Republican (18.10%)
4,538 are unenrolled (55.31%)
